1. Boil the solution with hot water to remove gallium hydroxide. You can then wash the precipitation with hot water to remove any Cl- and heat it again until you get b–Ga2O3. You can form volatile GaCl3 if NH4Cl remains.

2. This is how high-purity Ga2O3.GaO3(SO4)2 can be made. It was first crystallized at 105 and then dried again at 105 before being burned at 800 under conditions of excess oxygen for 2h. It was able to achieve a purity level of 99.99% – 99.9999%.

3. In a 3necked flask add 1kg99.9999% gallium. After that, you can use high-purity nitric Acid to dissolve the gallium. Finally, filter and pour the filtrate in another flask. The solution should be removed from the fume cupboard when it is near crystallization. After 5 hours at 550, the Ga (NO3) 3 evaporated was placed in a microwave oven. The product was then removed from the furnace and approximately 1.2 kilograms of high purity gallium dioxide was extracted.
