Silicide made from titanium


1. Apply a titanium silicide coating. Follow the instructions to make the device. The silicideblockoxide layer in prior art is eliminated by the invention. It reduces the cost of etching isolation oxide films and lowers losses. This improves stability.

2. It was made up of aluminum titanium carbide and Ti5Si3 nanoparticles (Ti3AlC2) composite material. The Ti3AlC2/Ti5Si3 composite materials were given a small amount of titanium. After eight hours of mixing the powder using both mechanical and physical methods, it’s placed into a graphite molding mould with an application pressure of 1020MPa. After that, it is heated to 1400 1600. The time taken to sinter is approximately 0.5-2 hours. Invention can produce aluminum titanium carbide/titaniumsilicide composite material at lower temperatures and in a shorter time.

The film can either be made from titanium silicide, silicone or a mixture of both. The mechanical and chemical resistance will be improved by using titanium silicide/titanium silicide or composite silicide silicone nitride/titanium nutride.
